Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within [14 DAYS]. 

All orders are shipped through PIRATE SHIP, and a tracking number is provided with all orders.

Any orders that are not received after thorough investigation and determined to be undelivered by shipper will be refunded or replaced.

No shipments on weekends or holidays.
